Each provider at Rise offers a 30-minute free consultation so you can get to know who we are and how we work. Providers are offering the consult connection in-office and/or using TeleHealth. This can be beneficial in finding out if we are going to be a fit for you.

If we are not a fit, we are happy to provide referrals and support you in getting connected to the resources you’re seeking. Please see our Provider’s page for more information about who we are.
