Insurance and Fees

We believe in transparent, accessible care. Here’s what to expect when getting started.

Insurance

Our providers are in-network with most major insurance plans. Because coverage varies by provider and individual policy, we encourage clients to contact their insurance company directly to verify benefits and in-network status.

If you would like support with verification, you are also welcome to reach out to our team — we’re happy to help.

Payment Options

We believe financial access to therapy is important. When insurance coverage is not available, providers may offer private pay and sliding scale options.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Insurance

  • Cash or personal check

  • Debit and credit cards

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts)

  • HSA (Health Savings Accounts)

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

If you have questions about payment or fees, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee.

Billing & Statements

For the most up-to-date statements, payment options, and to reconcile balances, clients can log into the secure patient portal at any time.
