Meet John

John Sheridan is a Mental Health Practitioner who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. He believes that when people practice self-compassion and bring their authentic selves into their relationships, life can begin to feel calmer and more connected.

John sees each client as the narrator of their own story. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, he helps individuals build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the life they want to create.
