John Sheridan (he/him), MA, works with adults and couples who are seeking greater self-understanding, resilience, and compassion in their lives and relationships.

John believes that when we cultivate self-compassion and bring our full selves into our relationships, life can begin to feel calmer and more grounded. You are both the narrator and protagonist of your story, and through resilience, curiosity, and compassion, meaningful change becomes possible.

John’s style is warm, thoughtful, and direct. His approach blends calm presence with the belief that “clear is kind,” helping clients explore challenges honestly while feeling supported along the way.

If the ocean evokes a sense of calm even when waves are present, John believes that sense of steadiness can also be cultivated within ourselves.
