About Katherine
Katherine’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions while building practical tools for growth and healing.
She welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds and works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Katherine also believes that humor can play an important role in healing. While therapy often involves exploring difficult topics, she values creating moments of lightness and connection within the therapeutic process.
Katherine is especially passionate about working with couples. She has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples strengthen emotional connection and communication within their relationships.
She has also trained in Brainspotting, a therapeutic approach that helps clients process trauma and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
Katherine is currently a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Sukay Polley, MA, LMFT.
