Approach to Therapy

Katherine’s work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and emotional awareness. She integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support couples in strengthening connection and communication within their relationships.

She also incorporates Brainspotting, a trauma-informed approach that helps clients process difficult experiences and move toward greater emotional resilience.

Katherine believes therapy can be both meaningful and supportive, offering space for reflection, healing, and sometimes even laughter along the way.
