About Sarah

Sarah earned her Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling from Bethel University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota (License #C-0559).

She believes deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Sarah approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a non-judgmental presence, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they explore their experiences and goals.

Sarah recognizes that people respond to life’s challenges in different ways, shaped by their unique histories and relationships. Through therapy, she helps clients gain insight into who they are, how their experiences have shaped them, and how they can move toward healthier, more meaningful outcomes.

She also acknowledges that seeking counseling takes courage. Sarah honors the bravery it takes to begin this process and feels privileged to support clients as they explore life’s challenges and opportunities for growth.

Sarah is also the founder of Courage & Grace Counseling, a private practice focused on compassionate, relationship-centered care.
