Her approach emphasizes building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through this collaborative process, individuals can gain deeper self-understanding and begin making meaningful shifts that lead to healthier relationships and greater well-being.
Sarah is also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporates DBT skills to support emotional regulation, communication, and resilience.
