Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Grygiel brings a unique perspective to therapy as a second-career therapist with more than ten years of experience working as an engineer. Her background in engineering shapes how she understands relationships and human behavior—through the lens of systems and how the different parts of our lives interact.

We all belong to many systems: family, friendships, work, school, and community. Stephanie is passionate about helping individuals and families better understand themselves and their roles within these systems as they work toward meaningful change and healing.
