About Clare
Clare brings warmth, openness, and authenticity to the therapy room. Clare believes everyone deserves to feel seen, accepted, and free to be who they are. She does not believe therapy is about having all the answers. Instead, she sees her role as collaborating with clients, asking thoughtful questions, helping them notice patterns, and creating a space where they can explore the potentially difficult parts of themselves.
She is especially interested in working with relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety and emotional challenges, sex and intimacy, grief and loss, and identity exploration. Above all, Clare hopes clients leave therapy feeling more connected - to themselves, to the people they love, and to the life they are building.
Clare is currently working under the supervision of Sukay Polley, MA, LMFT.
